Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung inkl. Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl. Die ruhige Gegend lädt zum Verweilen, sowie Spazieren, Wandern oder Biken ein.Als etwas Besonderes, um die Ecke ein Kneipbecken, was eine tolle Abwechslung ist.

Die Lage ist das, was diese Unterkunft so besonders macht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Watzmann und den Grünstein. Wir haben ebenfalls die modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Tiefgarage, Aufzug und barrierefreies Bad genossen, was auch der Hauptgrund war, diese Wohnung zu buchen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nicht günstig, daher kritik auf hohem Niveau. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn man die Dachfenster abdunkeln kann. Ebenfalls waren keine Küchenhandtücher vorhanden, was das abtrocknen etwas schwierig gemacht hat. Ein Haken für Kleidung in den Zimmern wäre auch noch nett gewesen. Ansonsten eine tolle Wohnung, die sehr modern und komfortabel war.

Wir hatten nur einen Kurzaufenthalt gebucht und warenfast nur unterwegs. Sehr ruhiges schön gelegenes Domnizil . Einrichtung neu. Tiefgarage und Lift warensehr hilfreich.Super Sicht auf die gesamte Bergwelt incl. Watzmann.Immer wieder gern.
