About this property

Cozy country house with garden near the trade fair

Bring the whole family to this wonderful place to stay. It’s lovingly furnished. We have a patio and a large garden.
Our beautiful house is located right next to the A 71 highway exit and is also just a few minutes away from the Erfurt Trade Fair, IKEA, and our wonderful EGA.
From here, you can quickly reach city centre Erfurt—even by public transport—with its wonderful Domplatz and the unique Krämerbrücke.

Our holiday home features a modern bathroom.
The living room with kitchen is flooded with natural light and is modern and lovingly furnished.
It accommodates a total of 6 people in three bedrooms, each with 2 beds. The two upper bedrooms are accessible via a staircase.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
A large garden with various seating areas invites you to relax.

From the bench in front of the house, you have a wonderful view of our church steeple.

Pets may be allowed upon request.

The rental price includes a 5% cultural tax (7% starting in 2027) levied by the city of Erfurt.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauber und gemütlich. Ein Grill war vorhanden und wir hatten einen schönen thüringer Grillabend.Vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder in Erfurt in diesem Quartier!!

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem kleinen, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen verbracht. Da wir leider mit dem Wetter nicht so viel Glück hatten, hat es uns aber trotzdem an nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen jeden der Erfurt und Umgebung besuchen möchte, dieses kleine Häuschen dafür zu buchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
