On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ice maker,glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender
etc.
The ground floor also features the third bathroom with a toilet, rain shower, and washing machine.
There is also a cosy living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a smart TV.
The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a perfect view of the ocean and the large, illuminated pool.
The villa features air conditioning and underfloor heating (for winter rentals) in every room, as well as Wi-Fi.
An alarm system is also installed.
Outside, there is a large terrace with seating for eight people, a charcoal grill, pool loungers, a beach umbrella, and an outdoor shower.
The villa is completely fenced in and for exclusive use, with a private pool.
