This cosy holiday home impresses with its child-friendly amenities and offers approximately 150 m² of space for up to 6 people plus a toddler.

The ground floor features a large living/dining area.

In the fully equipped, adjoining kitchen, you’ll find a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, microwave, and much more.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed; the second bedroom is furnished with a child-friendly single bed and plenty of toys, such as Legos, wooden building blocks, and books.

Another bedroom with a cute, sturdy cot and a changing table is also located on the ground floor.

The holiday home also features a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The bathtub can also be used as a shower. There is also a separate guest bathroom.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms. The sleeping area features two single beds and a TV area. Off this area is another bedroom with a single bed and a desk.

The outdoor area features a sheltered patio and a garden; the garden is completely enclosed and offers plenty of play options for children.
There is a slide, a swing, and a sandpit. A small “vehicle fleet” with a scooter, a toy tractor, and a Bobby Car is also available.

You can store your bicycles in the dry in the garage. The driveway has space for at least 2 cars.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

You’re welcome to use the washer-dryer for a small fee.
