Die Lage ist bestechend. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, die Küche sehr gut. Der Wintergarten ist toll, jedoch sind die Möglichkeiten der Entlüftung technisch nicht in Ordnung. Die Dachentlüftung ist vorhanden, die Schalter dazu waren zugeklebt, haben wir deshalb nicht ausprobiert.
