As soon as you step into the bright, cheerfully decorated hallway, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming, cosy atmosphere.

A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your belongings, and the practical shoe rack keeps things organised.

From the hallway, you enter the open, light-filled living room, which delights with its modern furniture and light colours.

You can spend relaxing evenings on the high-quality sleeper sofa (140x200), which also provides two sleeping spots for additional guests.
The cosy dining area is perfect for shared meals or fun game nights.

The adjacent kitchen-living room is perfectly equipped for self-catering, so you can keep an eye on what’s happening in the living area while you cook.
The separate bedroom, with two single beds (90x200 mattresses) and a TV, offers a quiet retreat for restful nights.
A wardrobe with a large mirror provides additional storage space.

The modern bathroom, with its tasteful tile selection, creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the beautiful balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the day with a leisurely breakfast or while sunbathing.

The swimming pool on the ground floor features a changing room, locker area, and shower, and can be used free of charge between 7.00 - 13.00:00 and between 15.00 and 22.00
Please note that the swimming pool is to be considered a complimentary addition to the holiday rental and does not constitute a guaranteed feature of the property. Therefore, there is no entitlement to its availability.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium bedding and towels must be booked separately as linen packages. You will need one linen package per person.
Each premium bedding package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, duvet cover, and one sheet per bed
The premium towel set contains the following per package: 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and additionally per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2 tea towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
