Welcome to the “Meeresleuchte”—your getaway with a view of the North Sea!

Located on the 7th floor of a high-rise building, our charming 45 m² holiday apartment awaits you—a retreat for two adults and an older child where you’ll feel right at home. The moment you step inside, you’ll sense the special atmosphere: Up here, you’re a little closer to the sky and can enjoy the fresh sea breeze with every breath.

The large, light-filled living area is the heart of the apartment. The impressive floor-to-ceiling windows let the morning sun shine right into your heart, filling the room with cosy warmth and brightness. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax—whether with a good book, a glass of wine, or a film night together. The built-in dining area not only provides space for meals but quickly becomes the focal point for fun game nights or shared conversations.

Two bedrooms offer a quiet retreat: A small, cosy bedroom with two single beds (90x200 mattresses) and another room with a bunk bed (90x200 mattresses)—ideal for an older child. Both rooms open directly onto the living room and can be separated by curtains—creating a cosy sense of privacy despite the open layout.

In the convenient kitchenette, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals. The grill-microwave with a convection function lets you prepare small meals quickly and easily—whether it’s crispy rolls in the morning or a delicious dinner after a day at the beach.

A large closet in the hallway holds all your luggage and keeps things organised, while the brightly tiled bathroom with a shower offers everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.

A real highlight is the gorgeous balcony: generously sized, with sweeping views across the harbour to the sea—here you can daydream, relax, and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. Even though the balcony railing has been fitted with pigeon netting for safety reasons, the view remains unobstructed and breathtakingly beautiful.

A second highlight awaits you on the ground floor: The on-site pool is available to you free of charge during opening hours—a wonderful addition, especially on cooler days or for a quick dip in between activities.
The ground-floor swimming pool features a changing room and shower and can be used free of charge between 7.00 - 13.00 and between 15.00 and 22.00.

Of course, the apartment also comes with its own parking space—perfect for short trips along the coast.
A storage room for bicycles is located to the left of the house.

Whether you’re enjoying the North Sea air on long walks, spending cosy evenings on the balcony, or simply soaking up the tranquility above the rooftops —the “Meeresleuchte” will provide you with unforgettable moments.

High-quality premium bedding and towels can be booked separately as linen packages. You’ll need one linen package per person.
Each Premium Bedding Package contains: 1x high-quality Premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed
The premium towel set includes per package: 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, and additionally per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 tea towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
