This exclusive thatched-roof holiday home on Keitumer Süderstraße spans two floors and offers ample space for up to six people across approximately 100 m². In 2024, the holiday home was extensively renovated and furnished with great care to create the perfect feel-good atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a coat closet and storage space. The open-concept living and dining area features a large dining table and a cosy sofa nook with a flat-screen smart TV. The ground floor also houses the fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for cooking together in the evenings. The bathroom also features a walk-in rain shower. During the summer months, the approximately 400-square-meter garden, facing southwest, invites you to relax on the patio. There are a total of three bedrooms on the upper floor. The large “master bedroom” features a 1.80-meter box-spring bed and an additional flat-screen smart TV. The two smaller bedrooms each have a 1.40-meter double bed, which accommodates 1–2 people. All bedrooms feature numerous built-in closets for neatly storing clothing and personal items. An additional shower room is also located on the upper floor. For guests travelling with a baby or toddler, a cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. For a stress-free arrival, a free parking space is available right outside the door. The holiday home is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival; if needed, an interim cleaning can also be arranged upon request. To help you start your holiday on a relaxed note, freshly made beds await you upon arrival, along with two hand towels, two bath towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel per person. The island of Sylt charges a visitor’s tax based on the number of guests, per person, and the length of stay. We will include this fee in your booking and remit it directly to the municipality. Your guest cards will be waiting for you in your holiday home upon arrival; for last-minute bookings, this will be arranged upon request. You’ll find a convenient parking spot for your vehicle right on the property.
