The apartment, of course, features air conditioning, internet (Wi-Fi), and a washing machine and dryer. In addition, a covered parking space assigned to the apartment is available.

Our apartment is located in a very well-maintained and relatively secluded residential community (Ashton Lake Condominiums) in Sarasota, Florida, and is conveniently accessible via Interstate I-75 in about 60–70 minutes from Tampa Airport. The nearest beach is Siesta Key (No. 1 Beach in the US) just a few miles away, or Lido Beach (about a 20-minute drive).

Rates:
Peak Season (January–April): Minimum rental period: 2 weeks, $180/Tag
Off-season (May–December): Minimum rental period: 2 weeks, $145/Tag
Long-term rentals available (minimum 1 month):
High season (January–April): $3800/Monat
Off-season (May–December): $3400/Monat

We are looking for long-term renters in the first quarter.
