The beach, the harbour, and the Nessmersiel Sturmfrei Family Centre with its wellness oasis are all within walking distance. Nessmersiel is often referred to as a mecca for mudflat hikers because most mudflat hikes to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum, as well as to the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, begin here.

Detached holiday home on a separate lot with a fully fenced-in patio in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Parking available directly on the property.

Ground floor: Spacious living and dining room with high-quality leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, and a radio with CD player. Dining table with seating.

From here, you have direct access to the large, fully fenced-in terrace with garden furniture featuring cushions and a south-facing barbecue fireplace.

Separate kitchen with a well-equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen featuring a 4-burner stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, etc., and an additional dining area with a corner bench and chairs.
Natural-light bathroom with a low-entry shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bedroom/children’s room with 2 single beds and a fixed toddler bed with a safety rail. Additional guest bathroom.

Two high chairs and one additional travel cot are available.

The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and patio windows are equipped with roller shutters.

Max. 2 dogs. No other pets allowed. Additional charge of 6.00 euros per dog per day.

Bed linens and towels are available for rent.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
