The "Ankerplatz 209" holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a four-story building in the historic holiday village designed by the famous designer and architect Arne Jacobsen.
The holiday community is surrounded by water on three sides. To the north is the marina, to the west is the entrance to the Burgstaaken fishing harbour, and to the south is Fehmarn’s widest and most beautiful sandy beach. The fantastic south beach is only about 180 m away.

You’ll have a great view of the lively activity at the marina.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery whose delicious rolls will make your breakfast even better. In addition, there’s a general store at the marina and along the beach promenade where you can find all the essentials you need.
The FehMare water park, also located on South Beach, offers a great “beach vibe” even in slightly rougher weather, thanks to its ocean view and seawater wave pool.

Right next to the marina, you’ll find an electric vehicle charging station as well as public barbecue areas.

The fantastic South Beach is supervised by the DLRG and is within the coverage area of the municipality of Fehmarn’s free Wi-Fi. Right next to the beach, you’ll find restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, bathrooms, showers, and a baby-changing room.

Parking
The apartment includes a designated parking space that is available to you free of charge during your stay.

Wellness / Laundromat
At the marina, about 150 m away, you’ll find a laundromat with washing machines and dryers. Within walking distance of the apartment is “FehMare,” a year-round seawater wave and water park with a sauna. Use of the swimming pool and laundromat is subject to a fee.

Activities
