Located right in the heart of Ditzum, directly on the Siel harbour, you’ll find our holiday rental, Siel 40 Ditzum.
The fishing village of Ditzum is the most beautiful Siel harbour town on the German North Sea coast. Your accommodation is located in a historic, listed fisherman’s house dating back to 1840. A few years ago, the house was carefully renovated and partially refurnished during the winter of 2024–2025.
Spanning approximately 90 square metres over two floors with a direct view of the Siel harbour, this is the perfect place to unwind from everyday life.
Siel 40 Ditzum is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Emden, Leer, Papenburg, or Groningen in the Netherlands—and, of course, to explore everything the Dollart has to offer.
In the evening, various restaurants are just a short walk away.

Siel 40 Holiday Rental:

A lovingly furnished holiday rental spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a box-spring bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m). Upstairs, you can enjoy the view of the Siel harbour from the living/dining room. A sofa bed (2.00 m x 1.40 m) is available here for two additional guests.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
