Duplex vacation home just 5-8 minutes from the Balcón de Europa, Nerja’s most popular beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and public transport. Located next to Plaza de España, it offers lovely mountain views. The property is spread over two floors and features a spacious living room, sitting area, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), two sunny bedrooms, and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Suitable for up to 4 guests, including children. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and air conditioning in both bedrooms. The home boasts a private outdoor area with both open and covered terraces, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The terraces are large, very sunny, and offer privacy. Pets and parties are not allowed. The main guest must be over 25 years old. Groups where more than two members are 25 or younger are not accepted. Failure to meet this condition may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Great location with fab outdoor area

Pros: We've definitely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the outdoor area was brilliant. Clean and with lots of extras. The extra bed wasn't great. I do understand the plastic mattress covers but they made it really loud and uncomfortable to sleep on. I'd definitely recommend this place.
