It is 200 years old and has been stylishly renovated inside and out.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, furnished with a pull-out couch, a comfortable armchair by the fireplace, and a dining table. The kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.

A handcrafted wooden staircase leads up to the loft. The loft is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 2 m) made of light-colored wood and a beautiful chest of drawers.

The garden features lovely outdoor furniture for sunbathing and relaxing. The large surrounding garden is ideal for sunbathing or playing ball sports.

The Atlantikhaus is located just 4 km from the fine sandy beach.

Special features: Living in a historic thatched-roof house (“chaumière”) offers a special sense of cosiness. Careful renovation has successfully blended a sense of Brittany’s history with modern living. The artfully landscaped garden offers joy and relaxation in every season. Despite the tranquility of the property, the Belon estuary is just 2 km away, and the beaches are only 4 km away.

Moëlan-sur-Mer also offers an Intermarché, restaurants, bars, and bakeries. There are also 3 sandy beaches, 3 harbours, and surfing and sailing schools. Many seafood restaurants, beautiful coastlines, and great excursion opportunities round out your holiday. You can go on yacht trips or take the ferry to the Iles de Glenan (Glenan Islands).

Sports and Activities: Water sports are very popular in Brittany, and the area offers excellent conditions for sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing, as well as more adventurous options like catamaran sailing and similar activities. For rainy days, there are water parks in the area. In Moëlan-sur-Mer, there are over four sandy beaches, and the entire surrounding area offers a mix of small and seemingly endless stretches of beautiful sandy beaches. Some of the beaches are easily accessible by bike. Many beaches are particularly well-suited for flying kites. In addition, there are very scenic trails for cyclists and runners. From our property, there are lovely walking paths through the forest leading to the Bélon, a bay. Here, too, smaller beaches invite you to take a dip. In addition, you can go horseback riding, play tennis, mini-golf, and golf, play paintball and beach volleyball, and enjoy countless other sporting activities in the area.

Excursions: In southern Brittany, you can explore the region’s numerous and attractive destinations and the surrounding area. There are also numerous excellent restaurants serving local culinary specialities.

The artists’ town of Pont-Aven is a top-notch attraction. Generations of artists have lived here, including Paul Gauguin. You can watch the painters at work, or simply try out the small cafés along the little Aven River, or watch the boats in the harbour.

Among the most beautiful monuments are the numerous old churches found in many towns and villages throughout Brittany, including small chapels such as St. Philibert in Moelan or the chapel in the picturesque harbour town of Le Pouldu, 8 km away. There are numerous harbours in our area that make for great day-trip destinations. For those who want to experience the rugged side of Brittany, we recommend visiting the “Pointe du Raz”—the westernmost point of Brittany—to witness the power of the sea.
