Since December 2024, a brand-new, light-filled holiday apartment has been waiting for you here, located on the ground floor of a charming house in Reit im Winkl. With 108 m2 of space, an entire floor has been lovingly and meticulously renovated to offer you a place where you can feel completely at home. Whether in winter or summer—here you’ll find the perfect spot for an unforgettable getaway amidst the unspoiled nature of the Chiemgau region! With its three cosy bedrooms—two featuring spacious 180-cm double beds and one with a 160-cm double bed—the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. One bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, providing even more privacy. The spacious living and dining area, where a large dining table and a comfortable couch invite you to linger, provides a place for social gatherings or relaxed evenings. Two modern bathrooms and a guest bathroom round out the amenities. Particularly inviting is the large, furnished balcony, which offers breathtaking mountain views at any time of day. Here you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset—the balcony is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room and faces east, south, and west. The kitchen is a real highlight—fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove and a washer-dryer. Natural light streams in through the apartment’s many windows, creating a particularly inviting and warm atmosphere.
