Holiday home Martín for 6 people, available for rent in Portocolom, Mallorca. The holiday home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area of the quiet coastal town of Porto Colom, one of Mallorca's largest natural harbors. Porto Colom has retained the charm of a fishing village, where you can still watch fishermen mending their nets at the dock. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and beautiful sandy coves.
Martin is a single-story house with a private pool. It offers a living/dining room with glass doors leading to the pool area. The separate kitchen is spacious, well-equipped, and includes a breakfast table. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 9:30 PM to 9:00 AM.
The house is fully fenced. During the long summer days, you can relax in the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim in the lovely pool. The terrace features a dining area for al fresco meals and a built-in barbecue.
