Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet—the holiday home is located on a dead-end street just outside the town, right on the Weserberglandweg.
The house has everything you need for a holiday: a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, satellite TV with DVD player, stereo, telephone, and a 400 Mbit/s Internet connection.

The house is suitable for 2–3 people; the bedroom has a bed measuring 1.4 x 2 metres, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed.

Firewood for the fireplace or the fire pit next to the house is available and can be purchased for a fee.
A small grill is also provided.
Shopping options are available in town, as are a doctor, dentist, and pharmacy.
Not far from the holiday home is an outdoor swimming pool; in winter, the indoor pool is also just 3 km away.
Due to the house’s location, it serves as an ideal starting point for day trips to the Harz Mountains, Solling, Lake Eder, the documentary film city of Kassel, the three-river town of Hann.-Münden, or to the Reinhardswald and Sababurg Wildlife Park.
There is a carport next to the house for your car or motorcycle.

Amateur radio operators can quickly go QRV here—just bring your TRX and you’re all set!
A dipole (2 x 20 metres with a balanced feedline) and tuner are available for shortwave. A GP antenna is available for VHF/UHF. The Shag is located in the basement and has a separate entrance.

Due to the increased effort involved, we must charge €65 for the house for bookings of less than 3 days.
