'Birkethof Romantik' Apartment with Shared Terrace, Private Garden, and Wi-Fi

Far from noisy cars, trains, and airplanes, you can relax here, enjoy the spacious garden, go hiking, cycling, or explore the surrounding area. In the garden, a small barbecue with accessories is available (not usable during periods of high wildfire risk due to weather conditions). The approximately 70 sqm apartment on the second floor has its own private entrance. From the hallway, you reach the spacious, light-filled bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through to the dining table for four. The large, bright living room offers a sofa bed (French double) for two, HiFi, TV, and storage for your holiday gear. Upstairs, a staircase leads to the loft sleeping area with a comfortable double bed.



The apartment is managed in a nature-friendly, climate-resilient, and eco-friendly way, supporting the "slow travel" concept. For shopping locally, especially for regional and organic products, we provide a list of addresses.



Note for parents: At the eastern edge of the garden, there is an unfenced pond.



A mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bathroom and kitchen linens, is mandatory for stays of one week or more and is included in the rental price.
