Holiday Home 'Haus An Der Lauchert' with Private Terrace & Garden

The quietly located holiday home in Veringenstadt offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a kitchen, five bedrooms, one bathroom, and three guest WCs, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, washing machine, dryer, as well as children's books and toys. There is also a table tennis table. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue.



The ground floor is partially accessible and features an additional step-free entrance. The bedroom on the ground floor has an adjustable bed, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.



From the house, you have direct access to the river, where you can swim. Please note that from March 15 to July 15 is breeding season, so canoeing on the Lauchert is not permitted during this period.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Five parking spaces are available on the property, and additional free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed on the ground floor. Smoking is not permitted.

Pros: Lage direkt am Fluss mit großem Garten, viel Platz im EG mit Wohn-Esszimmer. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf mehreren Terrassen.

Es war ein perfektes Wochenende

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man braucht um eine sehr gute Zeit zu haben!! Der Garten ist traumhaft und mit genügend guten Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet! Die Lage ist toll mit der Lauchert, die direkt am Grundstück vorbei fließt! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, es hat alles ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und wir würden uns jederzeit wieder dort einmieten!

Es ist der ideale Ort für eine größere Familie, mit viel Platz & authentischer Stimmung in und am Haus und mit 1001 Möglichkeiten, zu wandern, Fahrrad zu fahren, Höhlen und Burgen und Schlösser zu besichtigen… sogar mit Kajak und Kanu kann man ab dem Ufergrundstück losfahren. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir noch ein paar Tage angehängt haben!
