Local construction companies were hired, and wood from southern Germany was used. The exterior walls and roof are insulated with wood fibres, and the windows and deck are made of wood. The entire house features 2 cm-thick solid oak flooring; the bathroom, toilet, and utility room are tiled. <br><br>The solid wood doors are 2.10 m high.<br><br>A highlight is the wall heating system, which provides healthy warmth, and the walls plastered with clay. On the other hand, clay plaster can ionize the air.
