Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Trier! Das Appartement hat uns rundum begeistert: Es war blitzsauber und die schöne kleine Terrasse lädt perfekt dazu ein, den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein,die Altstadt ist schnell und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Ein ganz großes Lob geht an den Gastgeber: Er war unglaublich nett, super hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie vor Ort verlief absolut reibungslos und klasse. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt.Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft ,wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We loved staying at Markus’s apartment in Trier, it was the perfect size for our family of four, it was clean, comfortable and in a great location within easy reach of the centre.The parking space was also really convenient, one small complaint is that we weren’t aware that there would be an additional cost of 10 Euros a day for using the parking space, which we needed to pay in cash when we left. There’s no mention of the additional charge on VRBO, so I’m writing it here as a heads up for others.Everything else was great and I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Trier.

Zur Begrüßung stand am Ostermontag ein kleines Osterkörbchen in der niedlichen Küche. Kaffeepads für den ersten Morgen, ein paar Teebeutel und zwei Flaschen Wasser standen auch für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett.Einziges Manko: von der Straße halt es sehr hoch - Oropax einpacken, dann steht perfekten Nächten und Tagen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung nichts an im Wege.

Sehr gemütliche und äußerst saubere Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zentral gelegen und bietet zudem die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz anzumieten. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder :)

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, war sauber und gmütlich eingerichtet. Der Stellplatz war sehr hilfreich und gut zu erreichen. Lediglich das Kochen für vier Personen war etwas herausfordernd. Ein paar Gläser, Teller und Töpfe mehr wären schön gewesen.Auch ein, zwei Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, der Check-In funktionierte per Schlüsselsafe. Den Parkplatz hatten wir dazu gemietet, (sehr zu empfehlen). Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentrumsnah, jedoch ist die Straße vor der Tür durchaus belebt, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist davon jedoch nichts zu hören. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten o.k.Leider waren wir jedoch von der Ausstattung der Wohnung enttäuscht, da wir nach den vorangegangenen Bewertungen „Außergewöhnliches“ erwartet hatten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche ist zur Zeit unserer Meinung nach nur gewöhnlich. So steht nur in einem Schlafzimmer ein Kleiderschrank, im anderen gibt es keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung unterzubringen, noch nicht mal einen Stuhl als Ablage. Auf dem Sofa finden nur zwei Personen Platz, so dass es auch hier mit vier Personen nicht so richtig gemütlich wäre. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung war eher schummerig, zwei Lampen funktionierten nicht. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach und bekäme von uns zur Zeit nur fünf von zehn Sternen. So war z.B. keine Mikrowelle da und es fehlten auch einige Dinge, die wir zur Grundausstattung zählen, von außergewöhnlichen Dingen wie z.B. Eierbecher oder Sektgläser ganz zu schweigen. Dem Vermieter haben wir unsere Wünsche und Ideen für eine besseren Ausstattung mitgeteilt, worauf er offen reagiert hat. Vielleicht hat die Wohnung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt die zehn Sterne tatsächlich verdient.

Wir habe zu dritt ein Wochenende in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Markus war sehr freundlich und ich bekam jedes Mal sehr schnell eine Antwort auf meine Fragen. Das Einquecken ging problemlos und wir durften sogar etwas früher einziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich zwar nicht direkt am Haus, ist aber auf sehr kurzem Weg erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt dort wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles, Markus.
