Excellent location - easy walk to a fabulous beach and a great swimming pool only yards from the property. Very good showers and renovated shower rooms. Kitchen has adequate facilities but no oven.You have to meet the housekeeper to gain access to the estate as entry and exit is via a key fob. You also have to meet her to return the fob, so you need to factor this in when making your arrangements. Overall it was a good experience apart from the excess charge we got for cleaning which has led to a bad review of me from the host. So note, you have to completey clear the fridge and empty all bins. This was my mistake as I did not read all the conditions and I accept responsibility for not emptying them. We were also accused of having left the bbq dirty - we never used it so it hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. The host graciously said she would not charge us for this!You have to pay for electricity that you use - this detail is buried in one of the many drop down menus - so just be aware. We were charged an extra fee, the substantial part of which was for the extra cleaning i.e the fridge and emptying the rubbish. VRBO does not allow you to enter specific amounts, but i consider it to be excessive, bearing in mind you already pay a cleaning charge. I estimate we were charged an extra 4 hours work. This has left me very upset as I have always had great reviews in the past across various platforms. To balance things out, we left a new beach chair, umbrella, sugar, salt,tea
