Villa with views to town, the castle and the sea, in a tranquil setting near the beach and center of town. It is centrally situated with a short drive from all amenities in the area (sports, beaches, visiting other towns nearby, shopping, etc.) and the Mediterranean coast. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Our home is situated at the lower Montgo Mountain. Within a short drive you will reach sandy beaches and a vast selection of great bars and restaurants. Enjoy the pool area and relax in a tranquile setting. Denia and surrounds offer many interesting places to visit. There is a small daily additional charge for electricity.

Why they chose this property
The living area and the covered terrace are on one floor. The pergola faces the pool is in the lower part of the compound. Nice to relax and spend some leisure time. Tranquil setting and zone of Denia, cul-de-sac road - virtually no traffic at all.
What makes this property unique
The villa is situated near town, beaches and all amenities but still away from it all. You can enjoy a tranquil setting. We are blessed with sun all day round during summer. The views from the villa are breath taking. Home from away from home!
