The open-concept living area is decorated in warm, natural tones and combines contemporary design with high-quality furnishings. Large windows let in plenty of light and open directly onto the spacious rooftop terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped—with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and coffee maker. Whether it’s breakfast in the sun or dinner with a view of the sea—you’ll feel completely at home here.

**Sleeping**
With its comfortable box-spring bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and blackout options, the bedroom offers the ideal place for restful nights. Harmonious colours and thoughtful furnishings create a cosy atmosphere. In the living area, a sofa bed for two children is available if needed—ideal for families with young children. All beds are equipped with full-length mattresses.
