Super sauber! Absolut perfekt!In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Aus den 25 m2 wurde das Maximale rausgeholt - ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch sehr umfangreich dekoriert, für mich fast ein bisschen viel - aber das ist Geschmackssache ;) Zum Wald und Strand sind nur 2 Minuten - echt toll! Allerdings war die Kommunikation mit Frau Oehlert ziemlich freundlichkeitsbefreit - sowohl schriftlich als auch am Telefon - da war kein Lächeln wahrnehmbar. Im touristischen Kundenkontakt maximal außergewöhnlich, habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Sehr schade, denn das kauft man ja immer ein bisschen mit...

Wir waren genau eine Woche in Koserow. Da wir recht spontan gebucht hatten, kam uns das Inserat dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung sehr entgegen, da es auch preiswert war. Positiv: kurzer Weg zum Strand von Koserow, ruhige Lage(kaum jemand war rundherum zu dieser Zeit da), kurze Wege in den Ort zu den Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäcker, Gaststätten etc.)Freundlicher Kontakt am Anreisetag mit der Vermieterin(die auch noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht hat)Negativ: Die Wohnung ist für den Aufenthalt von zwei erwachsenen Personen für eine Woche zu klein. Abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahhrräder vorübergehend nicht verfügbar(Schlüssel wohl verschwunden). Dafür durften die Fahrräder im Treppenhaus untergestellt werden, was aber auch nicht so toll ist, weil noch andere Mieter/Eigentümer im Haus unterwegs sind.Während der Buchung konnten zusätzlich benötigte Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht extra ausgewählt werden. So ist man davon ausgegangen, dass diese, wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung, im Mietpreis enthalten sind. Das sollte besser kommuniziert werden.Trotz allem haben wir eine tolle Woche in Koserow erlebt. Es war sicher nicht der letzte Urlaub auf Usedom!
