An authentic Ticino rustico with charm and a dream view:

Located in one of the most exclusive residential areas in Ticino, in Brione sopra Minusio, this private guesthouse/rustico sits on a stunning hillside and is built in a beautiful, high-quality Ticino style. The highlights of this property are the breathtaking lake and mountain views from all living areas, as well as an exclusive outdoor area with a pergola for relaxing during the day and an outdoor lounge and dining area—all in complete privacy.

The Property
The 4.5-room property spans 3 levels, consisting of the following areas:

1. Garden level with an open-concept living room and kitchen, including a dining area, as well as an outdoor pergola with sun loungers, a dining table, and a Weber grill.

2. Above that, a sleeping area connected to the living room by a staircase, featuring a large 2x2m double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private walk-in closet with a safe.

3. Upper floor accessible via an exterior staircase (at street level), featuring a cosy reading area and a desk, as well as an optional pull-out sofa bed that sleeps up to 2 people and a balcony with a view stretching all the way to the Brissago Islands. (Important note: This floor does not have a bathroom or toilet; guests staying here would need to use the exterior staircase to access the sleeping area on the floor below.)

Pool:
In the summer, guests also have exclusive use of the beautiful pool on the (vacant) neighbouring property. The pool offers a stunning panoramic view and features elegant flooring made of Ticino stone.

Sowohl das Rustico als auch die wundervolle Carolin bekommen von uns volle Punkte (und noch mehr). Das Rustico (Innen wie Außen), der Pool - ein absoluter TRAUM! Es fehlt an nichts. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen jedem empfehlen, der einen TRAUM URLAUB sucht! Auch für Hunde (hatten einen dabei) wirklich sehr gut. Zudem ist Carolin, die Gastgeberin, so eine herzliche Frau, die von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach da ist (Emails geschrieben, ob alles passt etc.) einfach toll! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
