Awesome unobstructed waterfront view, steps to beach, ultra-clean, modern, 900sq-ft, 2nd floor condo with 1 bedroom on the main floor and a loft bedroom on the second floor & a couch hide-a-bed. The condo can sleep up to six with no extra fees . Large patio and BBQ, wood fireplace, in-suite laundry, 1,.5 baths, flat screen cable TVs, internet, tranquil setting, restaurants/beach/bars steps away. Includes use of Clubhouse with indoor pool/jacuzzi, games room (ping pong, racquetball, foosball), tennis court. Guests love walking and biking the beach, pathways, visiting nearby candy store and ice cream shop, or playing watersports (rental shops nearby), clamdigging, seasonal crabfishing and shopping at Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham. Convenient location: 10 min. to US/Canada border, 60 min drive to downtown Vancouver and 1 1/2-hr drive to Seattle.

Gather used towels
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When you leave please put one set of keys back in the lock box and the other set on the kitchen table.
Please gather and leave used towels in the bathtub. No need to strip the beds the cleaning staff will do it.
Please shut off the lights and heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

PLEASE be sure the TV works before you leave if you unplug it to use your xbox etc
No back in parking the HOA is sticky on this issue and will leave a note on your car if you do

Hi Jan, Thanks for your comments. Please know that we do replenish our towel supplies frequently. We keep a big supply of towels in the armoire, some new or nearly new. Unfortunately some guests can be hard on the towels, using them to clean their bicycles, for example, so we do like to keep some of those on hand for that purpose. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

This was the perfect last minute booking for a weekend away. Perfect for a family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked, house was clean, and access to the beach is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd floor condo with a beautiful view across the street from the beach. Check-in was easy, Lisa provided instructions for key access, wifi, TV etc. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, including a nice variety of spices. Good coffee too! You are the first to bring my attention to the fact that my second bedroom is a "loft" bedroom I have now changed my posting description from 2 bedrooms to "1 main floor bedroom and 1 second floor "Loft" bedroom as to not confuse any more guests. I haven't heard that my place is outdated before, most people are quite happy staying there especially for the price point and the amazing view. I am only left wondering why you didn't look at the photos that are posted before you booked?? That way you could have looked for a higher price point and found something more suited to your taste. I hope you were able to enjoy Birch Bay a little at least, because it really is a wonderful place!

Sorry you did not see the check-out information it comes from VRBO a few days before you arrive with the condo entry information. I don't have a long check-out list because I want my guests to enjoy themselves and not worry about washing linens and sweeping the floor ect. That is our job...your job is to relax and have fun!

Great mini getaway for the family

This condo was everything we could have hoped for, while doing a little get away with our family. You can’t beat the location and being able to walk to all birch bay offers. It’s seriously a one minute walk to the beach. Not to mention the view of the water. The pool was a HUGE plus and a great option for not so great weather. Lisa was amazing, quick with communication and very accommodating. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!
