Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
ALL BEACH TOWELS USED ARE TO BE WASHED,DRIED,ROLLED, AND PUT AWAY. WASH ALL BATH TOWELS USED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF USED ON CHECK OUT MORNING.
SHEETS: STRIP ALL BEDS USED. BRING SHEETS ONLY TO LAUNDRY ROOMS. START LOAD OF SHEETS AND MOVE THROUGH AS TIME ALLOWS. DO NOT WASH SHEETS AND TOWELS TOGETHER.
STACK BEACH CHAIRS AS FOUND ON CHECK IN DAY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS.
Check Out for ground floor is at 9:00 a.m. Check out for main house is 10:00 a.m.. $500.00 fee for every 15 minutes late checking out.
