Our home is right on Wells beach. Wake up every morning with a 180 degree panoramic ocean view from your deck, patio and picture window living room. This home is the ultimate in beach convenience. Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and enjoy family fun on the deck as you watch the sun set. Both upstairs bedrooms have windows directly facing the beach, Wake up to an ocean sunrise right outside your window. A Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils allows for eating in and the central location of this home allows for quick access to all the great local restaurants. Wells is getting more and more popular each summer. The number of homes that offer this degree of beach access and ocean views is shrinking every year (as owners convert rental homes to private homes). Treat yourself to the ultimate Wells beach experience - Stay right on the beach!! Within our recently updated circa 1924 home, this 2 bedroom unit is adjoined by a 3 bedroom unit (VRBO #2278234) on the opposite side of the home. If you are looking to vacation with family/friends this setup provides for both close proximity and privacy. Location was incredible, right out the door and down steps to the sand! So much beach when tide is out, kids loved riding their bikes on it, and walking down wells beach to the jetty. Beautiful wrap around porch to sit out on at night and a patio area, too. Beds were comfy and space was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids -6&4). Will look to stay here again for sure. Thank you!

If you want a quaint, safe, comfortable and beautiful place to stay right on the beach this is the house to rent. Thanks to a very attentive host I had a great, relaxing weekend in Maine at this beautiful property, close to quaint towns and right on the water. Would love to stay here again.

Easiest way to visit the beach. Open the living room door and you are at the beach. Covered porch and patio are perfect for lounging, grilling and feasting. Great location and views. Easy communication with the owners and respond timely to requests.
