Location - Location - Location! If your holiday home isn’t where you want it to be - that’s a problem. So we picked our holiday home to be as close to what we think is the best skiing in the world - Deer Valley - as we could find!

Our full kitchen with all the pots and pans you have at home means meals are easy to make. But you don’t have to eat in - there are restaurants to the left and right - although I think the ones in Heber City offer better value for money than the ones in Park City. Check them out - you decide.

Spring Summer and Fall - it’s about the fresh air, and enormous number of golf courses, hiking trails, biking trails, and boating options. Winter is all about winter sports - and why we think the Theatre is special. You can be at the Deer Valley Gondola within 3 minutes. I dare you get something closer at an affordable price.

Why not wake up to a Glorious View of the Mayflower Ski Area of Deer Valley Resort. Admire Sunset over Bald Mountain from your own private Deck. Cook in our gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Circulon Pots and Pans, Designer selected Ceramic Dishware, Gas Stove, Convention Microwave, Double Sink, and Giant Fridge. Lounge in leather sofas and chairs and go to bed in a Queen Sized Bed snuggled under a warm duvet.

Need privacy in the morning? No worries. With two full bathrooms - you don't have to share. The master features a brand new double headed walk in shower that has to be seen to be believed. The guest bathroom is standard with a tub/shower arrangement. But both are huge.

There are also two huge TV's (65' 3D 4K in the living room, 47' in the bedroom) - both with over 200 channels, Bose Sound Bar (you've never heard sound like this) and Blu-ray 3D DVD players if you want to watch some of the Fab movies we've supplied - all on the theme of Opulent Travel.

You can even pick your place for breakfast - eat at the over-sized granite counter top, or at the dinning table, or - if you are feeling bistro - there's a fab bistro set in the living room that takes advantage of the amazing view.

Need some action? No problem. Just 3 minutes away is the Deer Valley Gondola - access to some of the finest skiing in North America. Deer Valley has been the #1 Resort in the US for years - and in 2013 was crowned #1 resort for Grooming. But don't believe me - when you are just 3 minutes from skiing - getting first tracks is super easy!

Want to try some of the other amazing ski resorts near by? Park City Mountain Resort is just 15 minutes away, Canyons is a bare 17 minutes. And Snowbird and Alta, Brighton and Solitude are under a hour. There's so much skiing to do - you can stay for a week - and never ski the same run twice.

But if you are like me - once you've skied Deer Valley - you just won't stop!

And it's incredible the people you can meet skiing there. I spent 1/2 a day with Mark Noelke - the US Olympic Nordic Combined Coach - just 6 days before he and his team jetted off to Sochi to compete. What a nice guy he was too!

But enough about the skiing. In addition to our designer decorated one-bedroom Condo - you'll have all the facilities of The Lodge at Stillwater at your disposal.

There's a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, 3 year round hot tubs for private soaking, a game room, an exercise room - and free parking.

Deer Valley is amazing

My favourite Ski Hill - year after year after year... and being 3 minutes from the Gondola base means crowd free access to skiing every morning.. and an easy ride home every night. Life in the relaxed ski lane. I’ll be back - again and again.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities.

My wife and I stayed in Leslie's property during January 2017 to celebrate our ten-year anniversary. We immediately appreciated the convenience of the lodge's location and the underground parking. We happened to travel during an arctic blast and even with temperatures of -10 and lower outside, the room itself was warm and well-insulated and our vehicle was warm under the building waiting for us every day. For our particular stay, the underground parking proved to be the most important amenity of all. Another thing I will say about the property is that the pictures don't really do it justice. The lodge itself has a very upscale feel and the room itself is very nice and very welcoming. Little touches like the big, thick granite, gas fireplace, and quality furniture make you feel like you're staying in a place that's a huge step above a hotel. My wife and I both felt spoiled by the huge TV in the living room when we returned home to our modest set. I want to make one thing clear to potential renters, because it wasn't clear to me when I booked the property. I do, however, attribute this mostly to my inexperience with the area. This is NOT one of the lodges inside the Deer Valley resort. This is a third-party condo property off of the main road in the Heber Valley. You can either drive about 15 minutes to the Deer Valley main gate or you can pay extra to take the gondola from a nearby extension of the resort. Having said that, I didn't feel that the property lacked anything and I also think it is an extraordinary value-for-money. Just don't expect to see the lifts and runs of Deer Valley from this property, but, it is certainly convenient to the resort if you are willing to pay for the gondola. I'm not saying that Leslie mislead me in any way, just making the situation clear for potential renters. In fact, I think for your money, you are better off staying in Leslie's property and saving the markup of being inside the resort. We had an amazing experience at Leslie's property and would love to return in the future.

Great location close to Deer Valley and Park City skiing and amenities. Comfortable, well appointed unit with gas fireplace, GREAT TVs/sound, Fab shower in Master Bath. Stunning panoramic views of DV ski area, heated underground parking a real plus! Quiet unit, two elevators, hot tubs available, and a nice, friendly ski shop off lobby. Great Security for unit and building. We have used this unit for last 5 Ski vacations.

Quiet Summer Getaway - well located

Nice place, quiet in the summer and so close to jordanelle for water sports fun and easy access to highway for day trips to Sundance Deer Creek reservoir, etc. Short hop into Park City Main Street yet out of the busy scene. Nice place to land for a month in summer!

This is a lovely condo that is well appointed - ranging from a truly full kitchen (plenty of pots, pans, sharp knives, blender, even plastic wrap/foil and lots of spices!), to fun 3D movies, a great self-inflating mattress for our extra guest, and two bathrooms. Add to it the large pool, three hot tubs, basement parking, and you have a winner. We challenged the space as we were a family of 3 living there for a month in transit to our new home in the Heber Valley, but the space accomodated well. We would have preferred a king bed over the advertised queen, but the queen was not a surprise so I can't complain. Also, it gets kinda noisy with the A/C unit, we opted in the end for nice open french doors and no HVAC - great choice.

Wonderful romantic and relaxing retreat!

I am so thankful we were able to stay in this relaxing retreat at Stillwater Lodge. 2013 is well decorated, very cozy and we loved the 3D TV experience. The bed was so comfortable and we really enjoyed looking out the sliding glass bedroom door to see the mountain of Deer Valley across the street. A very quiet get away with a fireplace that lights with a simple switch. The state park is so close by. We also spent an afternoon at the pool. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. I highly recommend 2013 at Stillwater Lodge. The owner has thought of everything and had all we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back again...

I had a longer term stay here due to a work relocation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo felt like home the entire time and I was taken care of every step of the way. The location is quiet and quaint, yet very close to Park City. I highly recommend anyone stay here, whether it be on or off of ski season.

Just what we wanted for a blitz of Sundance 5 day

Unit is in excellent, top notch condition and cleanliness . Only 2 issues: fold out couch bed mattress is poor...but my son slept on it so .... The obvious fire alarm at 2:00 am issue...this has happened 4/6 times we've stayed at Stillwater..the few residents we saw joked about it...but now that everyone ignores it what happens if it's real. Thanks for the nice TVs , snacks and cleanliness. Perfect for getting to PC for early same day ticket sales. Nice bonus of a warm car to get going in the morning. Interesting but not important, we only saw 3 other people in 5 days..they were there as the parking was 80 % full....zombies?? All said.. our 1st choice for next years Sundance excursion.

Perfect Condo!

We stayed at this condo for our anniversary. It was perfect in every way! Plenty of room for the two of us, luxurious bedding and amenities, loved the big living room TV. The management company, Vacation Rentals Park City, was easy to work with and made everything really convenient for us. We highly recommend this condo!

Very comfortable! A little further from park city than originally thought, but close to Deer Valley

Great location with awesome views. It was a little further from Park City than originally thought, (only about an 8 minute drive anyway) but if you ski it is very close to Deer Valley (no snowboarders allowed). The TVs were great. The bed was comfortable. Underground, indoor parking was great. Checking in was super easy. Overall great experience. We would stay here again.

Nice little getaway

The location was very quiet with lovely views of the mountains and lake. Underground parking and indoor access a plus in foul weather. The location is very close to Deer Valley and a relatively short drive to Park City. It is a good base of operations for any of the resorts. The condo was very well maintained and had many personal touches. The kitchen was vey nice and well equipped with quality items. The televisions and surround sound systems were like being in a movie theater and the collection of DVD's was nice. The heated bed was also a nice touch. All in all we had a pleasant experience and got everything that we expected at that price range.

Cozy

The location was great, only moments away from the Deer Valley gondola and 10 min from Park City. You have underground parking. A cart was available to load all your luggage one so you don't have to make several trips and of course the elevator is great. This condo was great for our party of 3, clean and inviting. We arrived on Super Bowl Sunday and my husband loved the very large flat screen tv to watch the game on. We found it to be very quiet and relaxing, we would rent this condo again. Also very important that the unit manager was always available to us to answer any questions, that was awesome.

I've been traveling to Park City, Utah for ski holidays since 1998 and probably looking to buy just the perfect place for at least that long. And I finally found it. The theatre is the perfect combination of awesome view (sigh), simple luxury, and gourmet cooking options. It is only missing an amazing bathroom - but our plans are to renovate that in the fall. Come find out what I've been looking for for 16 years - and relax. We've got your vacation covered.

Why they chose this property

The view is amazing. And the location is perfect. 3 minutes to the Deer Valley Gondola means you are going to be on the slopes almost as fast as the people paying over $2000 a night - at a 10th the price. And I love granite - so the granite in the kitchen and the bathrooms definitely sold me.

And for my work-aholic husband - room for a full size desk with a full size office chair was a must have!

Huge flat screen 3D TVs in the bedroom and the living room mean no sharing - comfy leather sofa and chairs means relaxed enjoyment, and the exercise room and hot tubs provide enough of a social atmosphere to make me happy.

And then there's Park City - just 15 minutes away by car - so you never lack for restaurant options at a multitude of price points.

It's perfect.
