St.Martin ist ein bezaubernder Ort mit vielen sehr netten Lokalen, die von der Wohnung aus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen sindDie Wohnung selbst ist eine Souterrainwohnung , die vor allem im Sommer sehr angenehme Temperaturen hat Der Aussenbereich ist außergewöhnlich groß und mit vielen Pflanzen verschönt. Man findet immer einen schattigen PlatzDirekt am Haus führt ein Wander- bzw Radweg vorbei Viele andere sind in der näheren Umgebung erreichbar. Insgesamt sind Ort und Wohnung uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die Besitzer wohnen im gleichen Haus und waren stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Sehr schöne Fewo, großzügig geschnitten mit einem ganz tollen Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang zu den Weinbergen! Super Ausblick auf St. Martin. Wir hatten nichts, aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen! Die Vermieter waren überaus hilfreich mit vielen Tips! Wir durften auch die 2. Fewo einmal begehen! Einfach Klasse!!!Es lohnt sich hier einmal Urlaub zu machen! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Hausdörfer

Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht: Bad und Schlafzimmer haben kein Tageslichtfenster. Wir kommen schon über 50 Jahre nach Sankt Martin, solch unfreundliche Gastgeber haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

Aufgrund der Hanglage unseres Hauses öffnet sich diese Erdgeschoßwohnung in einer großen, hellen Fensterfront zu einem Hof mit wunderschönen mediterranen Pflanzen. Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster in einen hellen Tageslichtschacht. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer blickt über ein großes Fenster in einen bepflanzten großen Tageslichtraum und bietet dadurch sehr viel Ruhe. Die durchweg sehr positiven Rückmeldungen unserer Gäste belegen, dass die Wohnung der Beschreibung voll entspricht. Die Ferienwohnung wird zur Nutzung von 2 Personen vermietet und ist trotz ihrer Großzügigkeit, auch zum Schutz anderer Gäste im Haus, nicht als Aufenthalts- oder Versammlungsort für mitreisende Wohnmobiltouristen erlaubt. Wir bedauern, dass unser Anspruch auf Einhaltung dieser vereinbarten Buchungsbedingung und Hausregel als unfreundlich empfunden wurden.
