In the complex: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, pub garden 20 m, bus stop "Pacifico" 20 m, railway station "Victoria Kent" 1.7 km, underground station "La Paz" 1.3 km, sandy beach "Huelin" 20 m, 250 m. Children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Museo automovilistico, Museo Thyssen, Museo Picasso, CAC Malaga. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 8 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
