"Tor zum Meer" is a new construction project comprising a total of 25 residential units on the outskirts of the Oberland, offering views of the
North Sea and the green Oberland. All apartments feature either a rooftop terrace, balcony, or patio, high-quality furnishings, in-floor heating, and a controlled ventilation system. Twenty apartments are available for rent to guests as holiday rentals. The Heligoland Bird Observatory is right next door.



Gateway to the Sea Apartment 19:

This luxurious apartment has approximately 55 square metres of living space and is located on the ground floor. The living area, featuring an open
fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area, opens onto the terrace and offers an unobstructed
view of the North Sea and the green Oberland. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), and there is a sofa bed (140 x 180) in the living area. Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs are available.
Bedding and towels are included and are changed during longer stays. The bathroom and toilet are separate.



Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
