One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted on the property, nor noise or music after 10:00 p.m. Smoking is not allowed, neither inside the house nor on the terrace.
The beach, supermarkets and pharmacies are just 1 minute away on foot. There are restaurants very close by and the apartment is next to an avenue ideal for walking. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator is currently under repair.
