Our house is located in the Winkl district near Grabenstätt. The holiday rental faces south, offering views of the Hochgern, the Hochfelln, the Kaiser Mountains, and the Kampenwand.
There is a private parking space right on the property, as well as a secure area to lock up your bicycles.
Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family home right on the edge of the forest, with a view of the mountains. The separate entry area features a spacious terrace with seating and a private grill. The new kitchen features a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All necessary kitchen appliances are provided. There’s also a fully automatic coffee machine for your morning coffee. The modern bathroom is furnished with wooden cabinetry and features a walk-in shower measuring 90 x 90 cm. A towel warmer provides cosy, warm towels. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with two separate mattresses and a full-length topper. There is also a cot in the bedroom. Upon request, a travel cot and a high chair can be provided. The spacious closet offers plenty of storage space; even large suitcases can be stowed away effortlessly. The spacious living room features a two-seater couch and a large ottoman. The tiled stove radiates cosy warmth into the living/dining area, which is furnished with a beech corner bench.
Our holiday rental is located right on the edge of the forest with a view of the mountains. From here, you can set out on your day trip directly by bike. Whether you’re heading to Lake Chiemsee or taking a tour into the mountains, everything is possible from here. Of course, you can also start your hike from here.
