On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 6 people. Local tax, including visitor’s tax, per person (children under 16 are free): €3.25/night. Final cleaning: €140.00 (included in the total price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are welcome with advance notice (€10 per pet per night). Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. A cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability; but we ask that you reserve it in advance with the host. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
