The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, and a double sink, washing machine, and dryer are also available. Towels and bed linens are provided. The basement features a private ski room with ski storage and a ski boot dryer. 
Thanks to the apartment’s perfect location, the ski areas of the Schladming-Dachstein region are easily accessible, whether by ski bus—which stops near the property—or by car. Gröbming also has plenty to offer, such as a ride on the zip line or a visit to the climbing park, and on hot days, the Panoramabad invites you to take a dip in the cool water. For hiking enthusiasts, there’s a wide variety of hiking trails of all difficulty levels, and if the weather isn’t cooperating, you can visit the Grimming Therme in Bad Mitterndorf or the Erlebnis-Therme Amade in Altenmarkt. Our mountains also have plenty to offer mountain bikers, from beginners to professional downhill riders.

On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Max. 6 people. Local tax per person (children under 16 free): €3.25/night. Final cleaning: €125 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Children under 2 years of age stay for free in their parents’ bed. A cot can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
