Nature.Love.Life Eco-Friendly Vacation Apartment

Welcome to Natur.Liebe.Leben. Our house is located in an idyllic setting right on Lake Waginger, between Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg—ideal for nature excursions. In front of the house, there’s a playground for the kids and a car park right outside the door. Just about 200 metres away lies the picturesque Lake Waginger, with its own sunbathing area and direct access to the water.
The holiday rental spans two floors with a loft. On the ground floor, you’ll find the large living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, the children’s room, and the laundry room.

The spacious, modern kitchen is perfect for home cooks and features a large refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a stove with six burners, kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker and pod coffee machine. “Little extras” such as spices, oil, and coffee are already provided.


The 40-square-meter living and dining area is designed so you can keep an eye on everything while you’re busy in the kitchen. There are plenty of toys and books waiting for the little guests, so even the youngest ones will have a great time. You can also make yourselves comfortable on the pull-out couch in front of the smart TV. However, the 30-square-meter covered balcony with patio furniture and a view of the mountains is also very nice.

The laundry room is very practical, featuring a washing machine, a drying rack, and a dryer.

On the second floor, you’ll find a desk with internet access and Wi-Fi, as well as another sofa bed. The upstairs bathroom features a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub. The 40-square-meter bedroom is furnished with a bed and separate mattresses for a sleeping area.

In addition, our toilets are equipped with child seats, and a potty is also available.

Our house is cleaned using a Hyla air and room purifier, which also deep-cleans the mattresses. This makes the house allergy-friendly.

We care deeply about the environment, which is why we installed eco-friendly flooring, used lime paint on the walls, and furnished the apartment largely with secondhand furniture.

A warm welcome to our home. We, the Steininger family, are currently living abroad and are delighted to share our home—which we lovingly built ourselves in 2018—with holiday guests. We offer other families a cosy and relaxing getaway on Lake Waginger with a view of the Bavarian Alps. Our goal is for our guests to feel at home while fully enjoying their holiday and getting plenty of rest.
