Welcome to flachland.koje!

Our comfortable and cosy two-bedroom holiday apartment, with approximately 60 square metres of space, offers plenty of room for a relaxing North Sea holiday for up to four people. The centrepiece of the apartment is the sun-drenched living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, which, of course, includes all the amenities you’d expect, such as a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, and a kettle. We completely renovated this ground-floor apartment in 2024, furnishing it with great attention to detail.
Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are provided, as is a private parking space. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday!
After a lovely day at the beach, relax with a barbecue on the lush south-facing terrace, enjoy a good book from our small collection, or simply watch a great film on the cosy sofa using the apartment’s Chromecast.
