In the heart of Norddeich, you’ll find this cosy holiday rental with a balcony that’s perfect for sunbathing. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Ocean Wave and the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within a few minutes’ walk.

The Rotbuche 2 holiday rental is located on the 1st floor, and everything is on one level. The living-dining room features a cosy couch and a recliner, satellite TV, and access to the balcony. Passing through the brick archway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which also opens onto the balcony featuring outdoor furniture and an awning.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is separate.
There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed; one bedroom has exterior shutters and satellite TV, while the second bedroom has a Velux window.

A private parking space and a lockable bicycle garage with an electrical socket are available on the property.
