10/10 for view, close to beach, furnishings, kitchen supplies, management response to issues, outdoor seating, extras like chairs and boogie board. There were a few things not so great. I'm very sensitive to mildew odors and this home was overwhelming with mildew smell when we first arrived. After running three dehumidifiers for a couple of days the smell went away. Just know that if you're sensitive, you will need to dump the dehumidifiers three to four times a day to keep the humidity and smell down. Also, the lower bunk room has a window AC to help cool the room. We just weren't expecting that. So the fan noise from the ac and all the dehumidifiers was a bit much. Overall we had a great week.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed staying at Nifty Shades of Gray. We loved being right on the beach. The view from the kitchen and living room is spectacular. The house was very clean. My only suggestion is to not limit the paper products and basic supplies. At this price point (I paid 17K for one week) I don't think I should have to worry about running out of paper towels.

We've stayed here three summers in a row and will probably keep going back. It's the perfect location, plenty of space for a big group, beachfront, great view, clean, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent vacation property

We enjoyed our stay at Nifty Shades of Gray. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach service was also very good with chairs and umbrellas normally setup by 8:30. Denise, our contact with property management, was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The only improvement that I could think of is their Internet service wasn't the best we have seen. The TVs would pause more frequently than normal to load videos. We didn't go to Florida to watch TV so it wasn't that big of a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Great house front row on the beach. A short walk to rosemary. The house has incredible views and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Views of the gulf from every room. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Beautiful decor. Enjoyed sitting on the porch to view our private sunset. Even had our beach chairs and umbrella set up every day. Great vacation.

Nifty shades of grey

Loved the house and accommodated all of us perfectly! One thing if I could recommend for large groups is an additional trash can! We checked in at 4pm on Friday (trash service had already run) and checked out on a Monday so Tuesday hadn't gotten to us yet therefore we had trash outside of bins but waiting for collection tomorrow. All in all 10/10 and spectacular views from inside the living room and on the deck of course. Thanks so much!

Our annual girls trip was wonderful! The homes panoramic views (even in the rain) and fire pit was a highlight. The property managers were responsive to some minor details. I would highly recommend this home, which is in a great location to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful views

We had a great week at Nifty shades of gray. The views from the kitchen/ livingroom area are amazing, the short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made it so easy to enjoy the beach with kids. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and management was quick to help with anything we needed. I saw previous reviews talking about dirty furniture but the furniture was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay

The layout and space of Nifty Shades of Gray was the best ever. The children, cousins of various ages, had ample sleeping space downstairs with their own den and large bath. The adults had a the whole upstairsā€¦4 BR and 3 Baths, kitchen, den, and dining combo. Rooms were spacious, but the small room was missing a closet and storage for clothes. The house had everything needed for a comfortable week. However, it had a roach problem. Someone came to spray, but roaches were still around for our week! That could have been a problem because if construction next door! There was an electrical issue that was attended to immediately! There was also an issue with the ice machineā€¦it hasn't worked in a while and there were no plans to replace it. A fridge ice maker is not big enough to handle a large number of guests. Some fixer-ups inside should be addressed. It's too nice a home to let it show such wear and tear! All and all we love Nifty Shades of Gray at Inlet Beach, Florida.

Our Third Stay at Nifty Shades of Gray!

As always we loved the house and our stay at Nifty Shades! However - we do have some feedback to share after this trip. Let me begin with the broken air conditioner (mini-split) in the kitchen and family room area. The property management company was VERY prompt in installing a portable unit which was a tremendous help - but the mini split which wasn't working when we checked in was never fixed during our two week stay. Secondly - the furniture in the family room area (the couch and chairs) are getting pretty dirty and ragged. The wear and tear is to be expected in a rental - I'm only noting this as its probably time to recover or replace them - they are pretty bad. Finally - a few things need repaired/replaced. The front door lock and handle - though functional - is almost broken and should be replaced. The ice machine in the laundry isn't working and master bedroom mattress is VERY soft and probably in need of replacement as well. Again - though we had a lovely time - I thought it important to share this feedback to keep up the high ratings this rental usually receives. Thank you for all your help and support! We Love Nifty Shades!

We are repeat renters and love the spaciousness and location of this house! Plenty of room for group of 10-12, the kitchen is great and the "protected" beach area is invaluable as this slice of heaven on 30A gets more crowded. Hoping to be back for two weeks next year! One final comment - Paradise Properties is AWESOME to work with!!!
