From full Gulf front views, two kitchen areas, two laundry areas, and seven bedrooms, you are sure to be comfortable here! Spanning 4,000 sq ft this home can accommodate up to 18 of your friends and family.

On the main level you have a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances and all the necessary cookware needed to craft homemade meals or snacks for the beach. A separate dining area with views of the Gulf and a large kitchen island offer seating for a family meal or a game night together! A large sectional is situated around a wall-mounted Smart TV. This area is perfect for enjoying a TV show or movie after a sun-drenched day spent on the sand. You will find a second kitchenette and lounge area as well. A separate poker lounge is another great perk!

The beach is mere steps from the home, so you’ll have full access to all the sand, and salty blue water you’ll need. Several outdoor lounge points are available here as well. The balcony off of the living room provides a comfy spot to watch the waves or take your morning coffee. An outdoor grill provides the perfect space for grilling up some fresh seafood or making some BBQ! A bar, sundeck area, and ping pong table are available in one of the lounge spaces. Wonderful

Common areas were large enough and varied for large groups. Bedrooms/baths were outstanding some with low profile beds and five out of the seven bathrooms had walk-in showers which are preferred by our over 60 crowd.

Great house and location!

Really enjoyed this house and location. Perfect for a family vacation and plenty of space. Could use better Wi-Fi if streaming for all TV’s is required. Updated lock for front door since we had problems with that. We will still be back next year for sure! 😊

I have never felt the need to leave a negative review for a VRBO location, but the state of this property that we encountered deserves publicity. First, the good... The property is as listed, and is beautiful, and the location is quite good. There are no structures in the adjoining 3-4 lots, leaving a nice spot of beach to this house. We had no trouble with AC, although the top floor is a bit warmer. There is ample parking to keep vehicles cool, and the house itself is well appointed. Now the bad... The house was not ready for us at 4PM. There was still personnel there. The cleanliness of the property was simply abysmal. We had ants in multiple beds, and in the bathroom foraging on palmetto bugs. Off putting to say the least. The state of the flatware, dishes and glasses was simply horrific. 80% of these items had brown filth scattered all over them. It appeared that they may not have even been washed. Several items had brown water in them still. Quickly we realized that we could not trust anything in the cabinets, and washed them ourselves. The pool had not been properly cleaned in any way. Three of us swam in the pool and ONLY the pool (no ocean swimming). ALL THREE of us came home with painful earaches. I still cannot hear out of my right ear. This resulted in doctor and an ER visit. We stayed at other locations nearby on this trip and had none of these issues. At this price point, this is unacceptable and I would not stay here ever again.
