You’ll find comfortable and modern furnishings. Charming accessories and maritime wall art create a cosy atmosphere and that authentic Baltic Sea vibe. In the spacious living room, a comfortable sofa set with a hi-fi system, TV, DVD player, and Blu-ray player, along with a recliner and a large dining table, invite you to unwind. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, covered south-facing balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and Lake Schmachter. Here, you can linger, relax, and enjoy the refreshing Baltic Sea air while sitting on the comfortable garden chairs around a high-quality granite table.

For easy and convenient self-catering, the open, modern kitchen is fully equipped—including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a separate freezer, and a dishwasher. Coffee lovers can choose between a classic coffee maker, a Tassimo capsule machine, and a DeLonghi fully automatic machine (which can be filled with beans or capsules).

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers with a mirror. Roller blinds provide a pleasant way to block out the light. From the bed, you can comfortably watch TV on a Smart TV.

An inviting, homely atmosphere also awaits you in the marble-tiled bathroom. It features, among other things, a shower, a built-in hair dryer, and a mirrored cabinet.

Additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a safe for your valuables, and free outdoor parking spaces for your car ensure extra comfort.


The attractive outdoor area of the “Residenz Binz” includes an on-site children’s playground and a barbecue area. Or you can relax right on the beach: it’s just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful promenade or the swimming beach.

Notes: The apartment is located on the mezzanine level. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. There is a designated parking space for bicycles. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.
