Welcome to our cosy holiday rental with a gorgeous garden! - First rental in 2025!

The holiday rental is located on the outskirts of Bannesdorf on Fehmarn, on the ground floor of an apartment building.
The spacious, south-facing, and fully fenced-in garden is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing all day long—ideal for families with children and guests with dogs. On the terrace, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. Bordering directly on a wide field, your view stretches for about 2 kilometres of unspoiled countryside. - Ideal for anyone seeking peace and relaxation.

Our holiday rental, completely renovated in 2025, has been available for rent since mid-2025. Everything is new—from the furniture to the kitchen to the bathroom.

The classically furnished bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror.

Our kitchen offers everything you need for your stay. It is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. You’ll also find a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a kettle.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), perfect for restful nights. A spacious closet provides room for clothes and personal belongings. For added comfort, there’s a TV in the room so you can wind down the evening in comfort.

The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa if needed. It can accommodate up to two additional guests. There is also a TV in the living room. The dining area, with a spacious dining table and a cosy corner bench, is perfect for enjoying meals together. There are plenty of books, a few games, and puzzles available to help you spend some relaxing hours.

For our very young guests, we’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request. Just let us know in advance what you need, and we’ll have everything ready for you.

For bookings made through a booking portal, linens are already included and will be automatically charged for all registered guests. This way, you can travel light and look forward to freshly made beds.
For even more comfort, you can rent towels and tea towels from us for a small fee. This saves space in your luggage and lets you travel stress-free.

Your four-legged companion is also very welcome here. Dogs are allowed for a fee, so you can enjoy your holiday together with your pet.
