Ground floor:

Large family bedroom: three comfortable hotel-style box-spring beds, usable individually or combined as a double.
Second bedroom: two single box-spring beds.

Upper floor:

Large family room with balcony (east-facing): a 1.80 m wide double box-spring bed plus a bunk bed for two children.
Second family room: two single beds (90×200 cm) plus a cozy "little den" with an extra bed for older kids.
Bright balcony room: a double box-spring bed for two.

All beds are high-quality hotel-style box-spring models for a restful night's sleep.

Ground floor: a large daylight shower room with toilet and double sink.
Upper floor: a freshly renovated daylight shower room with toilet and double sink.
An additional guest toilet on the ground floor and in the basement.
