The ancient Romans founded Günzburg, which—like Burgau—was part of Further Austria for a long time. That is, until Napoleon advanced in 1805 and ultimately gifted what is now Bavarian Swabia to the Bavarians—what a storey! Culture and sights—including Swabian Baroque, extraordinary museums and monasteries, interesting nativity scene exhibitions in the so-called “Nativity Scene Paradise,” the varied programme at the Stoffenried Local History Museum, and charming little towns like Günzburg, Burgau, or Krumbach. Maria Vesperbild, the well-known pilgrimage site near Ziemetshausen, is a major attraction for many visitors. In addition, the town of Neuburg is excellently connected to the regional cycling network via the Kammel and Günz Valley cycling trails. The river valley bike trails along the Günz and Kammel rivers take you through a magnificent landscape. Easily combine biking and train travel. To ensure your next bike tour is a relaxing experience, you have the option of bringing your bike with you from Neuburg. Hiking here with children is also an adventure for the whole family. Nature playgrounds, adventure trails, and educational trails await you. The holiday home, with a living area of up to 140 m² (depending on your sleeping arrangements), offers comfortable, rustic accommodation spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle). The separate dining area, featuring a spacious dining set including a high chair and a high chair with a newborn insert, is perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, the ground floor features a bedroom furnished with two single beds (90x200). There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided for your use. Upstairs, the living area—with a cosy sofa and TV—is the perfect place to unwind after an eventful day. The house also has Wi-Fi access. There are three additional bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which are each furnished with a double bed (180x200 and 140x200). The bedroom with two single beds (90x200) opens onto the balcony. From here, you can enjoy the view of our beautiful Kammel Valley. Our large, fully fenced property offers a true escape from the stresses of everyday life. Over 800 square metres of green space invite you to linger and relax. Here you’ll also find the terrace, complete with a pergola, a large dining area, and a grill—all waiting just for you—perfect for cosy evenings outdoors. Sun loungers are available for leisurely sunbathing. A special highlight is the Bestway Pool whirlpool, which offers refreshment and luxurious relaxation from May through September. At our “Tortuga” playground, featuring a play tower with a swing, slide, sandpit, and trampoline, children of all ages can really let off steam, play, and exercise. In addition, the large play area offers our young guests plenty of space to run around, because we want even our youngest guests to have the chance to leave their daily routines behind. Our holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. .... ideal for holidaymakers, business travellers, and tourists, for short- or long-term stays. To ensure we can continue to offer our accommodation to guests with allergies, smoking and pets are not permitted in our apartment. Unauthorised charging of a car is NOT PERMITTED! !!Our WHIRLPOOL is available to you from May through September!! A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Payment is made via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Two cots can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
