Welcome to the Seestern holiday rental, a spacious 3-room apartment on the ground floor of the modern Am Kiefernhain holiday complex, just a stone’s throw from the idyllic Szczecin Lagoon and the charming fishing village of Kamminke.



With approximately 98?m², there’s plenty of space for up to 5 adults and 2 toddlers in a cot to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment is completely smoke-free, dog-friendly, and ideal for families or couples travelling together, as it features two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. A fifth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.



The bright living area opens onto a sunny terrace – perfect for breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, as is the parking space directly in front of the house. Bicycle storage is available in a storage room on the ground floor of the house (ground-level exit).

The attic features the building’s own wellness area with two saunas, a cosy relaxation room, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views. There is also a small fitness room in the basement. The common area in the basement offers entertainment for young and old alike with billiards, foosball, table tennis, and a children’s play area—and it’s all included.



The building also features a communal room with a washing machine and dryer, which guests may use free of charge.
