Comfortable beds with quality mattresses, plus a cozy baby bed on request for families. Please note: bedrooms feature sturdy metal-frame single beds, joined together for double occupancy rather than a traditional boxspring double bed. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and unwind in the bathtub after a day out. Washing machine and dryer in the basement are free to use. A spacious inner courtyard offers safe bike parking, perfect for popular cycling routes to Xanten and beyond. Also suited for business travellers and skilled workers on longer assignments. This apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

Our charming apartment in an old building impresses with its characterful high ceilings and the lovely stucco, which underlines the historical charm of this accommodation. It is located directly in the pedestrian zone and offers the perfect starting point for your stay. The spacious living/sleeping area with double bed and additional bed for a child invites you to relax. A baby crib is available on request for our youngest guests.

Enjoy your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The newly renovated shower room ensures comfort and well-being. Washing machine and dryer in the cellar are available free of charge.
