Das Haus liegt wunderschön. Das neue Restaurant Buhne 12 in der Nachbarschaft rundet das Bild ab und stört trotz der Größe nicht. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses (Teppichboden, Betten)wird offensichtlich regelmäßig gepflegt beziehungsweise erneuert. Die Fernseher wurden mit einem Streaming Modul ergänzt. Prima. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge auf hohem Niveau: Das WLAN sollte auch in der ersten Etage ausreichend zur Verfügung stehen. Aktuell können die Fernseher damit nicht genutzt werden. Das Parkett im Wohnzimmer wirkt etwas strapaziert. Sowohl von der Optik als auch für den Gesamteindruck sollte es mit einem Pflegemittel aufgefrischt werden (ist aber nicht wesentlich) Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Haus Windeck wieder sehr zufrieden und kommen auch gern wieder

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig und dafür zahlt man auch einen stolzen Preis, schade dass einige Mängel den Eindruck trübten. Es waren nicht alle Betten bezogen, die Gartentische waren so dreckig, dass ich erstmal sauber gemacht habe, es gab keine Auflagen für die Liegen und und eine Dusche war defekt. Ich finde bei so einem Objekt sollten auch die Kleinigkeiten stimmen.
