This two-unit holiday home was newly built in 2012 and is situated in a stunning beachfront location directly behind the dike. You’re just a few steps away from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. At the same time, the property stands out for its central location. The centre of Ahrenshoop, with its numerous restaurants and shops as well as various retail options and galleries, is just a few metres’ walk away.

About the Semi-Detached House
This living unit is furnished in a seaside style that blends seamlessly with the surroundings. The white hues of the Baltic Sea beach and natural materials like wood are carried throughout all rooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a light-filled living area with a cosy sitting area, a large dining table, and a built-in kitchen, which form the heart of the holiday home. A guest bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a small storage room, are also located on the lower level. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180 cm and 140 cm wide). Adjacent to the luxurious bathroom with shower and toilet is the spacious rooftop terrace with two sun loungers and an east-facing orientation. Here, you can enjoy the morning sun and start your day with a wonderful breakfast.

A terrace adjoins the living area and faces west towards the lake. Here, where you can hear the sound of the waves and the cries of the seagulls, that holiday feeling sets in immediately.
